AIU has its own building with beautiful glazed tower built on a 0.340 acre plot of land in the institutional area. Though it is located ideally at the centre of the city, it is free from the hustle and bustle of the large city. A guest-house with three star facilities is maintained at the second floor which is exclusively meant for use as Rest Room-cum-Office for the visiting Vice Chancellors/Directors of member universities/Institutions.
